Waitlist
We store your email, the exam you chose, the language of the page, the link you came from and the date. We use them only to tell you when Grid & Pen opens. The legal basis is your consent; you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we delete your entry.
Practice checks
Your photo is sent to our AI provider to read your working, and deleted as soon as your work is marked (photos of unmarked checks are deleted within 24 hours). What was read and the feedback are kept for up to 90 days so you can see your result, without your name. No account is needed. If you report a problem with your feedback, we keep the report (the reason and any note you add) with that check for the same 90 days.
Spam and limits
To stop abuse and to count free checks, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, never the address itself.
Who helps us
Anthropic (the Claude AI that reads and marks your work), Cloudflare (the robot check and our network; its Turnstile privacy addendum: https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/) and Google Cloud (our server, in Finland).
Age
Grid & Pen is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s OK to sign up.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
